Shootout vs Nikon D850: Yellow Tractor
This page looks at resolving power and overall visual impact and pixel quality of the Pentax K-1 Mark II with and without pixel shift versus the Nikon D850.
Images are shown at native sizes for both cameras, as well as at enlargements of 72 and 311 megapixels, along with crops shown from the 311MP size. Why show an enlargement of 311 megapixels? Because its width of 21600 pixels corresponds to 300 dpi with a 6-foot-wide print (1.83 meters wide). And because crops from that resolution are easy to view and see differences.
