Canon 85mm f/1.2L II (on 5D Mark III)
I think I might do some reporting on the Canon EF 85mm f/1.2L II— it can be used for accurate autofocus on the Canon 5D Mark III or Canon 1D X and it is clearly the best 85mm fast lens out there today, quite sharp at f/1.2 so long as the focus is absolutely perfect (Live View with Lupine Piko used to focus here— it was dark).
Here is a 4-minute exposure at ISO 100 with a 2-stop “push” in RAW conversion. The 5D Mark III did well here. I used long exposure noise reduction as I always do (dark frame subtraction in essence).
